Our opening sequence

For our production logo we wanted the name to reflect the theme of our film (psychological thriller.) To achieve this we thought of the name 'Twisted', this is often a name given to someone that is evil and enjoys causing pain. 

Visually we decided on the 'frigged' effect as the flickering effect gives an on edge feeling which adds to the idea of the film. We made the T and the P spin round to project the 'twisted' in the name.

In terms of colours, we choose red and blue. The red to show the danger, love and passion in the film and the blue as it is the opposite, which links in with the protagonist character; almost like showing the good and evil in the film. We wanted the background black to show the mystery of the film.

For the sound we wanted something very intense, we choose this piece as it links with the moment of the text, it grabs attention and is loud to almost shock the audience and hint at the intensity and 'on edge' feeling that's yet to come.
